How it works
From file to finished prints, in a few taps
Print2Go takes a file from your phone and turns it into finished prints — delivered or ready for pickup — without a single trip to a print shop. Here's the whole journey, step by step.

Sign in
Open the app and sign in with your phone number, or with Apple, Google or Facebook. First time in? Just add a nickname — it’s the name that appears on your delivery details. That’s the whole profile.

Upload your files
Add documents from your phone (PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT or PPTX) or paste a URL and Print2Go fetches the file for you. Add as many files as you need to one order — each file gets its own print settings, so you can print a colour cover and a black-and-white body together.

Edit in the app (optional)
Need a quick change before printing? Open the built-in editor and, page by page, add text boxes and images, draw with a pen or highlighter (five colours), erase whole strokes, and reorder or skip pages. No need to go back to your computer for a small fix.

Pick a nearby print partner
Print2Go shows verified print shops near your delivery address, each with a photo, a short description, distance from your address, a delivery base fee and opening hours. Closed shops show when they’ll next open.

Set your print options
For each file, choose paper size, colour or black and white, orientation, pages per sheet, which pages to print and how many copies. The price updates as you go, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Choose delivery or pickup
Depending on the shop, send it with Lalamove, Grab or Angkas, use the shop’s own riders where offered, or pick it up yourself and skip the delivery fee.

Apply a voucher (optional)
Have a voucher code? Enter it before payment. Vouchers can take a percentage or a fixed peso amount off your order, shown on your payment summary.

Pay
Review your payment summary, then pay with GCash, Maya, GrabPay, card, QR Ph, or cash on delivery. Save a card to check out faster next time. Online payments are processed securely by PayMongo.

Track your order
Follow your order live in the app — from Processing your order to Ready for pickup or Out for delivery, through to Order completed.
- 10
Receive your prints
Delivery: meet the courier at your address — the name on the order is your nickname. Pickup: show the pickup QR code at the counter and collect your prints. You can save or share the QR code from the app.

What each order status means
- Placing your order
- We're creating your order.
- Waiting for payment
- Your payment hasn't been confirmed yet.
- Processing your order
- The shop has your files and is printing.
- Ready for pickup
- Your prints are done — come and collect them.
- Out for delivery
- A courier has your order and is on the way.
- Order completed
- Delivered or picked up. Done.
- Order canceled
- The order was cancelled.
- Payment failed
- The payment didn't go through — try again or use another method.
