By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete information during account registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. App Usage

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes to:

• Upload documents for printing.
• Arrange delivery of printed documents.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Interfere with the App’s security or operation.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without our consent.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Process

You can upload documents and place orders for printing and delivery. The estimated cost, including delivery fees, will be displayed before you confirm the order.

4.2 Payments

All payments must be made through the App’s payment system. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

4.3 Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If there is an issue with your order, please contact support.

5. Delivery

We partner with Lalamove to handle deliveries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

6. Sign-In Services

We offer sign-in options through Apple, Google, and Facebook. By using these services, you agree to the terms of the respective providers:

Your use of these sign-in methods is subject to the providers’ privacy policies and terms of service. We collect only the necessary data (e.g., name, email) to create your account and provide the App’s services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App, including text, graphics, and software, are owned by Print2Go and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not responsible for issues related to third-party services, such as Lalamove or sign-in providers.
• Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines.
